Caipirinha is a Brazilian cocktail
A caipirinha must be made per head and has as ingredients: lime, brown sugar, ice, Cachaà § A (a kind of white rum). First the lime is cut into pieces, then the brown sugar is added. The sugar is then mixed with the lime juice and afterwards the ice and the Cachaà § A are added. It is served in low-wide cups with two short straws. Most of the bars and restaurants in Brazil have it on the menu.
