NFF means Dutch Film Festival
The NFF is an annual film festival that has been held in Utrecht since 1981 in September/October. The festival started under a different name (Dutch film days) and was small-scale, now grown into a mature festival with more than 100,000 visitors. The NFF is 10 days on which all Dutch film productions of the Year can be seen (usually with a large number of premiere ¨ res). Not only does it revolve around feature films, also documentaries, short films and Televisiedrama Productions get the attention). On the last evening the Dutch version of the Oscar is awarded: The Golden Calf.
