Screen time is the time behind a screen

Screen time is the time you spend watching a screen, whether it's a tablet, laptop, phone or television. The screen time is mainly something parents set up for their children: they don't want the child to sit behind one of these devices all day long and therefore set a time in which children are allowed to spend behind a screen. Children of this time do not know better, they grow up with the use of tablet, smartphone or television. Chromecast is a HDMI stick

The Chromecast is a product of Google, and is a small dongle that needs to be plugged into an HDMI socket on your television. The Chromecast seems to be a USB stick (it also has a USB connection to power the device) and connects to a network via WiFi. It is not the case that the content of your phone is streamed to the television.
