What is warm sweater day?

Warm sweater Day is a day sometime in February

The warm Sweater Day is an initiative of the Netherlands Climate Association and is held every year around February 16 (the day on which the Kyoto agreement came into force in 2005). It is a day to remind everyone of the Treaty's commitments: to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. By putting the heating 1 degree later on warm sweater Day, 7% energy is saved and CO2 emissions are also avoided. The lack of warmth is good by attracting a warm sweater.
