What does ADHV mean?

ADHV means recommended daily allowance

The Health Council provides recommendations for each nutrient (minerals, vitamins) for the quantities that people need daily. The ADH is also called AI (adequate level of capture), and is a guideline established in the 1930s. One person is larger than the other, and men usually need more, but the RDA provides the need of 97% of individuals in the healthy population. The intake of vitamins, fats and minerals is necessary for good growth and development, to make body functions optimal and to minimise the risk of disease. In The ADH there is a wide margin, but whoever adheres to the quantities will almost certainly get enough vitamins and minerals inside.
