What does Labor pay?

Labour pay is wages what a worker deserves

Labour pay (wage, salary) is the consideration for labor and is paid by the employer to the employee. Wage is a form of barter, labor and wage are exchanged. Labour pay is based on a structural nature, so there must be a degree of civilisation, where an employer can continue to exist for a longer period of time. From antiquity, labour wages are what is different from salary: a salary is the wages of an official or senior official. Labour pay is for the workers. After 1960, this difference is no longer official, but it is often the case that a high income is called salary (a CEO does not receive a top-level salary).
