B2C means Business to consumer
B2C concerns companies that do business with consumers, think of a supermarket or a clothing store (the company supplies clothing to the customer who gives them money). The term has been particularly emerging in the Internet era, where the ecommerce start to run. The counterpart of B2C is B2B.
