BGG means no hearing
Often, BGG is listed on fill-in forms where you need to fill in a phone number. One actually asks for a second/other telephone number where you can also reach. More and more people are also giving up on the delivery of stuff, to indicate to which neighbors the items can be delivered (or not) if no one is at home.
