SKO Means Research Foundation
The SKO deals with the monitoring and reporting of the ratings and is also responsible for adjustments in the method of the research. The SKO lets MediaXim and Intomark GFK carry out the actual research among approximately 2800 persons. These persons are equipped with equipment that keeps track of what is being looked at. The equipment keeps track of the start and end times, what the title is and information about the advertisements. There is also image and audio control on the advertisements, in order to be able to check if the planning of the advertisements is also correct with what has actually been broadcast. All this is linked in the morning, so that most of the information is already available on the SKO website and on Teletext the next morning.
