A monokini is a term used for a women's swimsuit from one piece, inspired by the bikini. The bikini consists of 2 parts, so when you make something that looks like, but from one part there is the name Monokini logically called. The original comes from 1964, and was a design where the breasts were bared. A monokini has more textiles than the average bikini, but not as much as a swimsuit or tankini: It is not suitable to cover fat rolls.
