PGB means personal Budget

A personal budget is a budget in the AWBZ (for care and guidance) or in the Wmo (for help with the household and facilities). It is a certain amount of money that can be purchased, one can choose the aid workers and supervisors, there is freedom of choice in the resources and services that are purchased. Meanwhile, there are more than 100,000 people with a PGB and there are many people who decide for themselves what care and services are being purchased, and where.
