PGB means personal Budget
A personal budget is a budget in the AWBZ (for care and guidance) or in the Wmo (for help with the household and facilities). It is a certain amount of money that can be purchased, one can choose the aid workers and supervisors, there is freedom of choice in the resources and services that are purchased.
