What does ARBIT mean?

ARBIT means general conditions of IT agreements

The ARBIT consists of general and special provisions relating to all IT agreements that the client enters into. In the early years of 90, the government made use of contract models from the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom relations for the provision of it procurement and it procurement. In recent years a lot has changed and the need for more flexible contract models for the many different IT assignments arose. Some legal knowledge is useful to be able to read and understand the entire document.
