What does CADO mean?

CADO means calamities through stitch

CADO comes from the relief corner, and is a mechanical construction for the folding of (part of) The catch rail of a road. The aim is to allow emergency vehicles to pass through. It is also possible to pass normal traffic to another roadway via the CADO in road works, thus minimising any nuisance. The signs are white with black letters and stand between the main and parallel orbits (with the Hectometer pole where the stitch is located).
