Chatroulette is chatting with the webcam
Chatroulette has been popular since the end of 2009. It is a website developed by a 17 year old Russian who liked to be able to contact everyone in the world via a webcam. The idea is simple: if you have a webcam you go to the website and then you can chat with any other person who is also logged in to chat roulette. If you don't like the person, just click through until you've found an interesting chat-comrade. In February 2010 it became really popular because the media picked up the idea. Be warned, you don't know what webcam you'll see.
