FAQ means frequently Asked questions
In Dutch, the term FAQ is also used, but also the translation: frequently asked questions. It is a list of frequently asked questions (and the answers) about a particular topic. On a website of an online shop or a company frequently FAQs are used, this involves questions from a buyer, or facts about the company.
