What does GBL mean?

GBL means code of conduct handling personal injury

The GBL is a code of conduct established in 2006 by Tilburg University in collaboration with major victim organisations, lawyers, insurers, medical experts, the ANWB and the Consumer association. The idea was to make the damage scheme faster and smoother in case of injury damage. The GBL is a guideline that describes how the parties hear each other to deal with each other. The code of conduct puts the victim at the centre stage and should lead to the correct handling of the injury claims within 2 years.
