A partnership is a collaboration
A membership is also sometimes abbreviated to MTS and it is a collaboration between 2 (or more) persons. Every participant in the cooperation is a measure, and every size brings in something (labor, goods, money, etc.) with the aim of sharing the benefit that results from it. A partnership is a legal form and is especially interesting for entrepreneurs who want to start a practice together. The membership is popular in the liberal professions as doctors, physiotherapists dentists and accountants. Since there are no specific formation requirements for a partnership, you can start your own membership with a few partners. Appointments can be recorded in a maatschapscontract where, for example, the distribution of profits or the allocation of competences is recorded.
