KLPD means national Police forces
The KLPD is together with a number of regional corps (25) the Dutch police. The KLPD is a national corps and carries out support services for the Dutch police. It is also active abroad (for example the Netherlands Antilles). The KLPD is a partner in security, for citizens and police, national and international. The KLPD has eleven executive services. These services carry out the core activities of the Corps; such as the traffic police Service or the specialist criminal investigation service.
