A buffoon is a clowns figure
Originally a buffoon is a live scarecrow, with straw from the clothes stinging. His mission is to parody other clowns. Different countries have different forms for a buffoon: in the Netherlands the clothing is red, white, blue checked and Italy is that white Geschminkt. A buffoon in the Netherlands is also someone of which you have a low dunk, a joke figure.
