USP means Utrecht Skate Parade
Every Friday evening (from the beginning of May until the end of September) the USP organizes a free skate tour through (and around) Utrecht. The skate parade is for everyone who likes to skate and takes place under the accompaniment of music provided by the DJs. The trip is around 25 kilometers and takes more than 2 hours. Because the USP is supported by the municipality and the police there is a skate on the public road.
