Keynote is a presentation program
Keynote is a piece of software from Apple that is compatible with the MAC OSX operating system. Keynote is part of the IWork software package (Pages for word processing and numbers for spreadsheets). Keynote is actually the same as Microsoft's well-known PowerPoint. With Keynote it's easy to create a presentation: You first choose a theme and you can replace standard texts and images with your own texts. The layout and slides of the presentation are shown on the left. With several tools it is also very easy to add a table, media file or a diagram to your presentation. And if an image doesn't fully meet your needs, you can also customize it.
