Lareb is the Dutch side effects Center
Lareb has a database containing all possible side effects of a drug or vaccine. In this way, LAREB monitors the safety of medicines and vaccines throughout the Netherlands. Every year, more than 10,000 reports arrive at Lareb (about 20% of these reports are severe). Lareb is independent and passes important notifications (anonymously) to the CBG. At international level, Lareb works together with similar international organisations worldwide. It is important to obtain as many side effects as possible so everyone can make a report: A patient, a healthcare provider but also the pharmaceutical industry.
