A Citytrip is a city trip
Many people no longer have 1 (or 2) holiday moments (summer holidays, winter holidays) but are increasingly opting for short vacations. It is usually a (long) weekend to a city. Due to the short duration, you can still go on a regular basis without many holiday days, and if you are looking for things in advance, a city trip is often cheap as well. You can make use of a last minute trip, but also getaway rates are often available for City trips. A city trip can consist of only the journey (by plane or train) but there are also extensive city trips where a program is also finished to see all the sights in a town.
