What does KRFF mean?

KRFF means children's Rights film Festival

The UNICEF children's Rights Film Festival is a nationwide film education project for primary school pupils. The KRFF joins important goals in education (citizenship, media wisdom) and ends with a large nationwide final in June 2014. The KRFF is a combination of the NFF and the year in which the children's rights are 25 years (2014). During the project children learn about media, social skills and of course children's rights. Every school in the Netherlands can participate, and the project takes about 6 hours of lessons. On www.krff.nl, you can learn everything about making movies, and how to write a script about children's rights. The result is that many films have been made that give a good idea of how children interpret complex children's rights in creative ways and what rights they find important.
