Loom is an app
Loom is an online photo storage service coupled with an app on the phone. It is currently (October 2013) a startup that has received investment money/growth money from A.O. Google. As a user of the app, you can easily upload photos to the cloud, create albums and share them (automatically) with other devices that the app is on. It is similar to a service like Dropbox, but Loom has the focus on photo and video. Currently, the application is still available for IOS.
