What does STIR mean?

STIR means Internet Advertising Foundation

The STIR is client of the Internet audience Measurement and is an initiative of 8 (major) Dutch Internet operators (Adlink, Ilse Media, RTL Nederland, Lycos, MSN, Tiscali, Wanadoo and WebAds). The foundation is independent and aims to promote (and stimulate) digital marketing by providing more insight into online reach.
